Which TVs and firmwares are supported?
It depends on the firmware package format and the board. There is no universal “all models”. Try the demo on your file, and if a package is not read, send a sample to [email protected].
Does the program write anything to the TV by itself?
No. It works with files on your computer and with the UART console. Recon and wear check are read-only. Writing to a dump is enabled by a separate checkbox.
What does the red UNVERIFIED mark mean?
Reference data comes from open sources and practice. If it could not be confirmed by two independent sources or a datasheet, it is marked red. Check the datasheet before replacing a part or programming a chip.
How does the license work?
A key is issued for a month or a year, is cryptographically signed and bound to your computer code. Key verification works offline.
Can I use it on several computers?
One key, one computer. A second computer needs its own key.
Which interface languages are available?
English, Russian, Polish, German and Italian.
Where do the banners in the program come from?
They are ad blocks: a signed list of banners is loaded from the author’s site. Links may be referral links. Banners do not affect the program’s functions.
Does it run on Linux or macOS?
Currently a Windows build is released.
